We are a not-for-profit group that relies entirely on donations to provide all of our services free of charge. None of what we do would be possible without the incredible team below, who generously give their time, heart, passion, care, and patience to support our mission.

Our Trustees - Whilst we are not yet a registered charity, we operate with the same values, transparency, and commitment as one. Our trustees carry important legal and ethical responsibilities, including overseeing governance, ensuring accountability, and acting in the best interests of Matilda’s Mission at all times. Our trustee team is made up of individuals who helped establish and have continued to support Matilda’s Mission from the very beginning and will be with us until the end. This includes our founding trustees Chelsie, Matt, Sammy, Fiona, and Carla, alongside two parent trustees, Emily and Biba, who bring essential lived experience and insight to our work.

Our Volunteers - We are incredibly grateful for our amazing volunteers, who are truly the heart of Matilda’s Mission. Every one of them is a parent with lived experience of baby or child loss, and it’s their compassion, strength, and dedication that make everything we do possible. Chelsie, Matt, Emily, Biba, Emma, Tash, Anna, and Diana are the familiar faces our families turn to. They plan and organise every event, manage our social media, show up month after month, and most importantly, offer the kind of peer support that only someone who’s walked a similar path can provide. They use their own experiences to guide and improve the support we offer, ensuring that no family has to face their grief alone.

Our Sibling Ambassadors - Harley and Imogen are both siblings who have both experienced the deep grief of losing their little sisters. As Sibling Ambassadors for Matilda’s Mission, they bring compassion, creativity, and strength to everything they do. Whether it's helping plan events, supporting volunteers, or sharing ideas to support other siblings, their presence is truly special. Their beautiful hearts and kindness shine through in every action, making them a treasured part of our mission and an inspiring force within our community.
